Covid-19 Notice

Our office takes the health and safety of clients and staff alike very seriously. We will go above and beyond to ensure a safe environment for all. In line with CDC guidelines we have made additions to our already stringent infection control protocols:

Client screening: All clients will be asked about general health and potential exposure to COVID 19 prior to their visit.

Client flow: All clients will be scheduled on a staggered basis as to allow for social distancing.

Additional Steps: In light of additional risks we will institute additional protocols:

Office seating in the waiting room and in therapy/testing rooms has been arranged for appropriate physical distancing.
Special HVAC filters have been installed throughout the ducting of all suites with central air conditioning.
Facemasks will be required to enter our building
Social distancing will be implemented in the building
Restroom soap dispensers are maintained and everyone is encouraged to wash their hands.
Hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol is available in the therapy rooms, the waiting areas.
Antimicrobial door handle sleeves have been installed on all suite and office doors
We schedule appointments at specific intervals to minimize the number of people in the waiting room.
We disinfect the therapy rooms with UV light in between sessions
We ask all patients to wait in their cars or outside until no earlier than 5 minutes before their appointment times.
Credit card pads, pens and other areas that are commonly touched are thoroughly sanitized after each use.
Physical contact is not permitted.
Tissues and trash bins are easily accessed. Trash is disposed of on a frequent basis.
Elevators will be and are being continuously cleaned and disinfected.
Common areas are thoroughly disinfected at the end of each day.
