Ready to take the first step to connecting with someone at Ally Counseling and Therapy? Our goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and heard. Let’s take the journey together and work towards your goals.
Step 1
Browse our websites and click on"about us" button to get to know our practice and clinicians. Feel free to click on each therapist to get to their individual bios.
*Our office is open by appointment only, and we do not have front desk staff. Best way to reach out to us is email.
step 2
Ally Counseling and Therapy is a paperless practice. Once you’ve browsed our site and clinician bios, you may fill out the application form, briefly introduce yourself, your needs, availability and health insurance plan and any additional thoughts and questions.
Please spend 10-15 minutes to complete the form, as it includes questions that help your therapist get to know you.
Step 3
Our intake coordinator will then contact you to answer your questions and confirm the initial consultation time.
If you have difficulty choosing a therapist, feel free to consult with our intake coordinator and she will be able to help you.
step 4
Just show up either online or in the office! We're looking forward to meeting with you!
If you would need to cancel/reschedule an appointment, we ask that you do so with your provider with at least 48-hour notice. Anyone canceling an appointment with less than a 48-hour notice will be charged the full session fee Insurance does not cover no shows and late cancellations, so is the client’s responsibility to pay.
What's your rate?
Estimated Tier Rates:
Tier IV (Specialist) $275-$375 per session
Tier III (Advanced Practitioner) $200-300 per session
Tier II (Intermediate Practitioner) $150-$250 per session
Tier I (Graduate Intern) - $50 -$60 per session
If you have the means to pay our full fee or more than my full fee (at your discretion), please know that you are helping to subsidize appointments for those in our communities who are struggling financially, and would benefit from working with therapists who have our specializations and qualifications. We are currently redirecting funds to BIPOC community most affected by the current crisis.
Do you accept insurance?
We are either in-network with some insurance plans or in many cases are able to offer you an in-network experience as out of network providers. If we are not in network with your insurance company, and you have out of network benefits, we will do our best to give you as close to an in-network experience as possible. We will submit all claims so you don't have to deal with receipts or paying up front. Before your first appointment ever happens, you will be completely advised of all costs, including what your insurance will and will not cover. Rest assured, there is never a surprise bill with us!
What's deductible?
The amount of your deductible can range from $0 to $10,000 or more, regardless if you are in network or out of network.
A deductible is the amount of $ that your insurance expects you to pay out of pocket for medical treatment BEFORE they are required to make payments according to your contract with them. Often times, after your deductible is met, your insurance company will pay for between 50% and 100% of the cost of treatment.
Do you offer sliding scale?
Yes! Sliding scale is for those people who don't have insurance. Proof of income is required in order to qualify. Please contact us to learn more.
Please contact us to discuss rates and different package options. We accept payments in the forms of cash and credit cards.
